These Terms and Conditions are Subject Arbitration Committee of DLAI:

• Water as a Solvent: At WaterFresh, we utilize water as a solvent instead of Perchloroethylene, making our cleaning process wet in nature. If the care label on your garments advises against the use of water for cleaning, kindly refrain from submitting them to us.
• Service Refusal: WaterFresh reserves the absolute discretion to refuse service to any customer for reasons deemed necessary.
• Commencement of Processing: By entrusting your garments to WaterFresh, you provide consent for immediate processing in accordance with our established standards.
• Irreversible Damage: While WaterFresh exercises utmost care, it acknowledges the potential risks of irreversible damage due to fabric characteristics, aging, dyes, or adornments. Please note that natural fibres (e.g., cotton, linen, wool) are susceptible to shrinkage.
• Indemnification: By availing of our services, customers agree to indemnify WaterFresh against claims related to garment damage, recognizing inherent risks in the cleaning process.
• Valuable Garments: For customers with high-value or sentimentally significant garments, we recommend securing appropriate insurance coverage prior to engaging our services.
• Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before or at the time of garment delivery.
• Sofa Cleaning Payment: Sofa cleaning services necessitate a 50% advance payment upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services at the customer's location.
• Defending Reputation: WaterFresh reserves the right to address and respond to any negative public feedback or comments that may impact our reputation.
• Zari Sarees/Items: Please be aware that the original finish of Zari sarees/items may not be entirely replicable after dry cleaning.
• Optical Brightener Coating: The deterioration of optical brightener coatings, potentially leading to patchiness post-cleaning, is not considered as damage.
• Colour Fading on Heavily Soiled Garments: Repeated cleaning of heavily soiled garments may result in gradual colour fading.
• Stain Removal Guarantee: Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Customers are obligated to pay the full cleaning fee regardless of stain removal success.
• Damage Refund Policy: Refer to our Refund Policy for details.
• Turnaround Time (TAT): Our standard Turnaround Time (TAT) is three working days, unless otherwise specified. Extended TATs apply to carpets, heavily beaded clothes, and shoes.
• Express Services: Express services are available at an additional charge of 50% of the standard rate, plus transportation fees.
• Jurisdiction: Legal disputes arising from our services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

• Specific Terms for Deep Cleaning Services
  • Deep Cleaning Commitment: WaterFresh is dedicated to providing meticulous deep cleaning services while prioritizing environmental sustainability. We use safe and sustainable cleaning products to ensure a thorough clean.
  • Scheduling and Access: To facilitate our deep cleaning services, customers must ensure unobstructed access to the designated area at the scheduled time.
  • Pre-Cleaning Inspection: We encourage customers to participate in a pre-cleaning inspection, allowing them to highlight specific concerns or areas that require special attention.
  • Post-Service Guarantee: While we make every effort to achieve the highest level of satisfaction, please note that due to the nature of certain materials, complete stain removal may not always be feasible. Nevertheless, we remain committed to delivering a superior cleaning experience.
• Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes arising from our services, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi courts.
