Refund Policy for WaterFresh

Welcome to WaterFresh, where we are committed to delivering top-notch organic dry cleaning services. Our refund policy, detailed below, is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and efficiency in our operations.

• General Refund Eligibility: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we strive for excellence in our services, if you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us promptly to explore potential resolutions.
• Service Issues: If a garment does not meet your satisfaction, we will first attempt to re-clean it at no additional cost. If the re-cleaned garment still falls short of our high standards, a partial or full refund may be considered.
• Garment Damage: In cases where a garment is damaged during our processing, we will assess the extent of the damage and provide compensation in accordance with industry standards. The compensation amount will be determined based on factors such as the age and wear of the garment. It may take the form of a refund or a service credit. Please note that the maximum refund amount is capped at five times the cleaning cost charged to the customer.
• Lost Items: In the rare event of a lost item, WaterFresh will conduct a thorough investigation. If we are unable to locate the item, compensation will be provided based on the current value of the item, subject to a maximum limit.
• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as express cleaning, sofa cleaning, and treatments for heavily soiled garments, are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
• Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7-14 days).
• Complaint Time Frame: Complaints and refund requests must be submitted within a designated timeframe (e.g., 48 hours) from the time of service delivery.
• Modification of Policy: WaterFresh reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
